SCOPE OF WORK:
Create a brand identity, dynamic website and print materials for new business to business timber frame engineering company.  Print materials, website and administration platform will utilize industry leading tools, techniques and design.  This includes validated Flash, XHTML / CSS programming, and a custom design. 

There are five parts to this proposal:

1. Brand Building, Logo, B Cards, Letterhead

2. Website Design and Build Out

3. Content Management System

4. Search Engine Backbone (including keyword matrix, meta tags, link navigation)

5. Maintenance, Hosting and Stats

WEBSITE DESIGN / BUILD

Each section will each include the following:

1) Home: Flash animated image branding section including logo, tagline, and transitioning images.

2) Website Design, Architecture & Build Out:

• Top navigation in the header area with rollover submenus (e.g., about us, directions, contact, home, etc).
  

• Main navigation with expanding drop down submenus.
  

• Footer navigation for legal and corporate content (e.g., privacy, copyright, etc).

• The total number of pages included with this proposal (unlimited, b/c user generated).
  

• User forms (client inquiry, RFP, newsletter sign up) emailed to mangers upon submission and stored in the database for convenient retrieval.
  

• Header images distinct for each category.
  

• Content images distinct for each page.

• Code and programming language validated to  XHTML / CSS worldwide web consortium standards.
